Terms and Conditions
The Profile Advertising referral program is applicable for cash and credit card sales.
All referral fees are paid in Canadian funds.
Referral payments are made only once payment is processed and approved (in good standing).
Referral payments are only applicable on initial business not additional or follow up transactions.
Referral payments do not apply to promotional/special offers.
At the time of the referral, both the referring and the referred customer must be current in their payments. If both parties are not current in their payments, the referral credit will be denied.
Clients must specifically state who they were referred by. Profile Advertising is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or referred parties while participating in the referral program.
Referral fees will only be paid to one party (can be split, but duplication will not be allowed).
Any attempt to undermine this referral program will ensure the immediate cancellation of member and the withholding of any payments that may be due to member. Cancellation and withholding of payments will be determined solely by Profile Advertising Inc. and at their absolute discretion.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program, earning of rewards, or a customer’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Profile Advertising in its sole discretion.
Profile Advertising Inc. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notification.
Profile Advertising reserves the right to discontinue the participation privileges of any customer who engages in any fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or any federal or provincial laws, statutes, or ordinances. In addition to discontinuance of participation privileges, Profile Advertising shall have the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
